Indiana Flute Circle Membership Form Thanks for your interest in the Indiana Flute Circle. To become a member and get on the Indiana Flute Circle mailing list, you will need to fill out the form below. Once that is done, there is nothing left to do but to attend and enjoy the gatherings and become as involved as you want. We do not charge fees to become a member of our community, however, we do accept donations. If you are so inclined to donate, please bring along your donation to one of the monthly gatherings.
