Canceling Your Subscription

FormMailTo.com and SafeMail.To subscriptions are automatically handled by PayPal, so they must be canceled within PayPal. The subscription detail record in your PayPal history will have a "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom, which you can use at any time to cancel the automatic payments. Note that canceling the subscription does not delete your form -- it only cancels the automatic payments -- so you can continue using your form for the remainder of your subscription period. When that period is over, if no automatic payment is received, FormMailTo.com will send you a notice with an offer to resubscribe. If you do not wish to continue using the form, you can ignore that notice, but you will have the opportunity to resubscribe without losing the use of the form.

You can find the PayPal subscription detail record quickly by using the "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom of the FormMailTo Edit Form page. This button will send you to PayPal, and after logging in there, the subscription record should be automatically displayed. Enter your form name and password below to edit your form now:
