B.C.S.O.A. Sign Up Form

The B.C.S.O.A. is a non-profit organization that provides swim officials with updates and advice on the officiating of swimming and setting up meets to be fair and fun. The annual cost of $10. includes free newsletters and all the support you could ever ask for. For an additional $5. we will provide you with a name tag. We encourage all officials to enter the association especially those of level 3 and up.

You can enter the application by filling in the blanks on the form and then printing the following form out and submitting it with a cheque payable to B.C.S.O.A c/o Sally Clisby at 1950 Richardson Avenue, Comox, B.C. V9M 2B4. Alternately submit the form electronically and send the cheque via mail. Thanks!
